Delivery Policy

Digital products only: NexL Solutions sells software. There is no physical shipment — apps are delivered electronically and access is granted as soon as your payment is confirmed.

1. Digital delivery

All NexL Solutions products are digital software applications. We do not ship any physical goods. There are therefore no shipping charges, and no courier or postal delivery is involved.

2. How you receive the app

Depending on the product, you receive the software by one of the following:

Installing the app from the Google Play Store, where access or premium features are unlocked once payment is confirmed by Google Play; or
A secure download link and/or licence key sent to the email address you provide, for apps purchased directly from us.

3. Delivery time

Delivery is normally immediate. For Google Play purchases, access is granted as soon as Google confirms the transaction. For direct purchases, we send the download link and/or licence key to your email, usually within 24 hours of receiving confirmed payment.

4. If you do not receive access

If access is not granted or you do not receive your download link within the expected time, please check your spam folder and then contact us at nexlsolutions2026@gmail.com or +91 88910 03600. We will resolve delivery issues promptly.
